Die Seite "Vancouver is Awesome" hat letzte Woche eine Liste veröffentlicht mit den 25 Cafes, die jeder Kaffeeliebhaber lieben wird (Link). Natürlich musste ich mir diese Liste genauer anschauen, um neue Ideen für meine nächste Kaffee-Pause zu finden. Sieben der Cafes kannte ich schon, 18 sind mir völlig unbekannt. Mein Lieblingscafe auf der Liste ist definitiv "Le Marche St.George", weil es einfach toll aussieht und das Haus so viel Charme versprüht.
Während ich mir diese Liste genauer anschaute, wurde mir klar, dass viele schöne Cafes nicht auf der Liste stehen. Das geht natürlich nicht! :) Als selbsternannte Cafe-Spezialistin erweitere ich hiermit nun diese Liste:

Schöne Atmosphäre und guter Kaffee! Vor allem die Location in Gastown gefällt mir sehr gut. Dort kann man im Sommer auch draussen sitzen.

APERTURE
Ein winziges Cafe mit ganz viel Charme! Vor allem die Couch am Fenster hat es mir angetan. Da kann man sich wunderbar auf einen Kaffee-Plausch treffen.

SMALL VICTORY
Ein sehr stylisches Cafe in Yaletown, auch hier gibt es sehr leckere Kuchen und Gebäcke. Hier sitze ich auch immer sehr gerne draussen und beobachte das Treiben im edlen Stadtteil Yaletown.

LOST + FOUND
Ich liebe die Einrichtung und die Dekoration in diesem Cafe! Ausserdem finden dort viele Events statt, die wirklich lohnenswert sind!

Oh, ich liebe die Schokoladen-Croissants und den Chai Latte bei BURO! Obwohl hier fast an letzter Stelle, ist es eines meiner Lieblingscafés in Vancouver, mitten im schönen Gastown.

The page "Vancouver is Awesome" published a list with the 25 coffee shops that Coffee Aficionados will love (Link). Of course, I had to go through that list to get some inspiration. I already knew seven of the coffee shops, but 18 of them were completely new for me. My very favorite coffee shop on the list is definitely Le Marche St.George. It just looks so cute - like a typical neighborhood coffee shop.
Going through that list, I also realized that some of my favorite places are missing and they definitely have to be on that list. For that reason, I`m extending that list here on my blog and share with you some of my favorite places in Vancouver.

Oh, I love their Chai Latte and Chocolate Crosissant! Located right in Gastown, Buro is one of my favorite coffee shops in Vancouver.

One of the best hot chocolates in town! Besides that the atmosphere is kind of hip and the staff is super friendly!

BREKA
Best pastries in town, especially for Europeans who miss their pastries from home! Besides that, Breka is open 24/7 which is really convenient for students, night owls and any other night creature. :)

APERTURE
Aperture is on Broadway, so tiny that you almost miss it. Give it a chance, it's a really nice place to stay and I especially love the couch at the window. Perfect for long coffee talks!

I love the interior of Lost and Found, you have to check it out yourself! They also have events which I can highly recommend!

Pappa Roti is one of my favorite coffee shops to work, it's quiet and the atmosphere is really inspiring. It is not right in the center of the city but for that reason it's a great place to get some work done.
